Welcome to Naiga Naturals! By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:


1. Ordering and Product Information

  • All products are handmade with natural ingredients. Variations in texture, scent, or colour may occur — this is normal and does not affect the product’s quality.
  • Sample sizes are available for selected products. We encourage you to try samples before purchasing full-sized items if you’re unsure about a product’s suitability.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you dislike a product, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • If it is your first time ordering from Naiga Naturals, we encourage you to order a sample before ordering a full size product for an easier shopping experience.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 working days.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped (where applicable).
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers may lead to delays or non-delivery — please ensure your details are correct.

4. Missing or Undelivered Orders

  • Report missing orders within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • For missing items in delivered orders, notify us within 48 hours, including photos of the package and contents.
  • Orders marked as "delivered" by the courier will not be refunded or replaced unless clear evidence of a delivery error is provided.
  • We may request a signed declaration for missing item claims.

5. Fraud Prevention and Blacklisting

  • High-risk orders or customers (e.g., those with repeated claims of non-delivery or missing items) may be flagged, and future orders may be declined.
  • Fraudulent customers — including those found to have lied about missing items or non-delivery — will be permanently blacklisted and barred from placing further orders.

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once shipped.

     

    How can I cancel my order?

    Naiga Naturals Ltd. accepts to provide the customer with a full refund if you would like to cancel your order or in rare cases if the product arrives damaged/faulty.

    To start a refund, or if you have any issues with your order, you can contact us at info@naiganaturals.co.uk

    You will be sent a postage label and faulty products will need to be returned, so it can be inspected before the refund is processed. You can only be refunded for the item, not including postage fees.

    We will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. All ingredients are listed for transparency — please review them before purchasing or order a sample.
  • Naiga Naturals is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or external events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather disruptions).

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your data is kept secure and used only to fulfil orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or share personal information.
