Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product for sanitary reasons. If it is your first time ordering from Naiga Naturals, we encourage you to order a sample before ordering a full size product for an easier shopping experience.
How can I cancel my order?
Naiga Naturals Ltd. accepts to provide the customer with a full refund if you would like to cancel your order or in rare cases if the product arrives damaged/faulty.
To start a refund, or if you have any issues with your order, you can contact us at info@naiganaturals.co.uk.
You will be sent a postage label and faulty products will need to be returned, so it can be inspected before the refund is processed. You can only be refunded for the item, not including postage fees.
We will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
