Returns & Refunds Policy
At Naiga Naturals, all our products are carefully handcrafted using natural ingredients to nourish and enhance both your skin and hair. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy:
Returns
- We do not accept returns on any products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- If you’re unsure about a product, we recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a full-sized product.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Incorrect items received: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the items and packaging.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Disliking the product.
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities (ingredient lists are available for review).
- Orders marked as "delivered" by the courier.
How to Start a Refund
Naiga Naturals Ltd. accepts to provide the customer with a full refund if you would like to cancel your order or in rare cases if the product is damaged or not up to usual standard.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@naiganaturals.co.uk.
You will be sent a postage label and products will need to be returned, so it can be inspected before the refund is processed. You can only be refunded for the item, not including postage fees.
We will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund please contact us at info@naiganaturals.co.uk.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on any product for sanitary reasons. Sale items cannot be returned. If it is your first time ordering from Naiga Naturals, we encourage you to order a sample before ordering a full size product for an easier shopping experience.

Returning Empty Containers
Customers are allowed to send their empty containers back for reuse on their next order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Fraudulent Claims and Blacklisting
- We take fraudulent claims seriously. If a customer is found to have lied about missing items, non-delivery, or repeatedly makes claims without evidence, they will be blacklisted and banned from future orders.
- High-risk orders may be flagged, cancelled, or declined.
